The frets took some time due to how short they were cut when being glued into the binding, they were finished quite badly too so were really sharp, I've had to do the same process 3 or 4 times to smooth them over for a better 'feel'.
This is a MEGA pickup upgrade with the Jazz/blues Seymour Duncan SH2N. The neck is super high output, and I've gone for the open coil bucker covers for a retro vibe, seeing as the pole pieces are 48mm they looked ever so slightly off in 50mm ones.
Even without all these upgrades it's a worthy guitar price-wise. The paint work and finish is amazing, no complaints at all about the build. Spend a bit of money and you've got a big contender in the hollow body world.
